This house was what most folks would consider unliveable. The water was off due to multiple leaks and the house had an awful smell. At some point a garage had been attached to the house and later enclosed - the back rooms of this space opened outside and were used to store outdoor items.

In addition to many other updates, we completely replaced the plumbing/electric and reframed almost the entire house. We created a large master suite in the original house from two small bedrooms and made three large bedrooms in the enclosed garage space by using what had been one abnormally large bedroom and the rooms that had previously been used for outdoor storage.
