This house was waist-deep with junk and trash. We filled two 40 yard roll-offs just with stuff (if you are unfamiliar with the size of roll-off dumpsters, a 40 yard one is BIG!) before we were even able to start on renovating the house. We completely changed the floorplan, relocating the kitchen from the back of the house to the front, adding support and removing walls to create an open concept dining/kitchen/living area. We also turned the old kitchen into a master bedroom and added an second bathroom to create an en suite, raised some ceilings, and improved the aesthetic appearance.
