This house was liveable but was in need of some aesthetic and functional improvements. We took down walls in the common areas and reworked the kitchen layout to make the space feel bigger. There was also a back room that had been added several years ago, but due to improper construction the floor had almost completely rotted away. We were able to restore this to a tranquil master retreat.
