This house had been a rent house that the landlord significantly neglected over the years. It had also been added on to several times, resulting in a layout that didn't make the best use of the space. The last tenants left quite a lot of junk, including a mini fridge with old chicken in it (no telling how long that had been there!). After cleaning out the stuff we realized the subfloor and foundation were also in serious need of repair. We changed the floorplan to create a four bedroom house with an open living/dining/kitchen area and a master area with a relaxing en suite.
